Childress named Cleveland ISD’s Teacher of the Week

Hannah Childress was picked as the Cleveland ISD Teacher of the Week for the final week of the school year, according to CISD spokesperson Susan Ard. Childress (pictured third from the right) is a fifth-grade science and social studies teacher at Eastside Elementary. This is her first year with Cleveland ISD and district officials say they are excited and honored she chose Cleveland ISD. Before creating Bluebonnet News in 2018, Vanesa Brashier was a community editor for the Houston Chronicle/Houston Community Newspapers.
