Liberty County indictments for April 2018

The following persons were indicted by a Liberty County grand jury during the month of April 2018:

  • Michael Craig Nelson – Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams
  • Brian Dakota Sweeten – Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person With Intent to Cause Bodily Injury
  • Macedonio Sanchez – Burglary of a Habitation
  • Justin Stark – Evading Arrest or Detention With a Vehicle
  • Brandon Lee Jagers – Evading Arrest or Detention With a Previous Conviction
  • Jeremiah Ryan Howard – Sex Offenders Duty to Register for Life/Annually
  • Robert Lloyd Pagan – Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon
  • Hollie Steele Edwards – Forgery of a Financial Instrument
  • Emilio Lopez – Aggravated Robbery
