Phillip Robert Hawthorne

Phillip Robert Hawthorne, 78, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2018 He was born on Friday, September 15, 1939 in Willis, Texas to Alonzo Exie and Mattie Hawthorne, both of whom have preceded him in death. Robert was also preceded in death by his daughter, Freida Louise Hawthorne Martin, sisters, Earline Hawthorne, Bobbie Faye Vickery, and Martha Jane Ayers. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 46 years Louise Hawthorne; daughter, Naomia Lee Hawthorne; grandsons, Joshua Logan Reed Hawthorne, and Samuel Weldon Lee Johnson; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Robert will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday, June 17, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held Monday, June 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM. He will be laid to rest at Morgan Cemetery in Cleveland, TX Brother Bob White will be officiating.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
