Liberty County indictments for May 2018

The following persons were indicted by a Liberty County grand jury during the month of April 2018:

  • Jonathan Clifford Fisher – Theft of Property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions
  • Christopher James Hardy – Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram
  • Terry Lyn Hagerman – Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram
  • Miranda Dianne Carlton – Possession of a Controlled Substance, more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams
  • Johnny Joseph Wesley Smith – Violated Bond/Protective Order two times within 12 months
  • Johnny Joseph Wesley Smith – Tampering With a Witness
  • Dettra Alise Pruitt – Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person
  • Logan Louis Linet – Theft of Property, more than $2,500 but less than $30,000
  • Isaac Charles Morris Jr. – Theft of Property, more than $2,500 but less than $30,000
  • Jalohn Markel Crist – Theft of Firearm
  • Christopher Paul Matthews – Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle
  • Douglas Arthur Berges – Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle
  • Coby Dale Leon – Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram
  • Kendall Derrale Randolph – Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram
  • Danny Buck Burnett – Assault of a Public Servant
  • Quincy Anton Malveaux – Assault of a Public Servant
