The Hardin Chapter-San Jacinto High Rollers Motorcycle Club held its Second Annual Kickstands Up 4 Kids fund-raising event on Saturday, July 7.

Activities included a police escorted ride, silent auction, and barbecue lunch sale.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the foster children of Liberty and Chambers counties.

SJHR and the Liberty County Child Welfare board appreciates everyone who participated in the event including Martin Chevrolet – Buick – GMC of Cleveland who has sponsored the KSU4KIDS ride for two consecutive years; Dayton Police Department, Liberty County Sheriff’s Office; and Liberty County Precinct 3 Constable “Mad Dog” Mark Davison; and Deputy Hugh Bishop for volunteering their time to escort the ride.
