Rubert Virgil Franklin, Jr.

Rubert Virgil Franklin, Jr., age 74 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018. He was born March 22, 1944 in Cleveland, Texas to parents Rubert Virgil Franklin, Sr. and Lula Franklin who preceded him in death along with his brother, Alvie Earl Franklin; and sisters, Florence Hinch and Opal Franklin.

Survivors include his wife, Delores Murphy; daughter, Belinda Risner and husband Ricky; step-daughters, Barbara Hammock and husband Michael, Elizabeth Davis and husband Don; brother, Don Franklin; grandchildren, Angelica Risner and Linda Risner; numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 17, 2018 at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
