Jerry Lynn Duff

Jerry Lynn Duff, 59, of Hardin, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at the Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston.

Jerry was born November 16, 1958 in Liberty to parents; W.C. “Peewee” and Billie Montingh Duff, and was a lifelong resident of the Liberty area. He was a graduate of Hardin High School class of 1977, a retired production manager from AMICO, and had volunteered for the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts with his children. Jerry also enjoyed camping, fishing, working in his yard, and was known to tinker. Jerry had a warm and caring personality, he liked to play jokes and never met a stranger. Mr. Duff provided for his family, and was always there to make sure his family was provided for. Mr. Duff was preceded in death by his father: W.C. “Peewee” Duff, his mother: Billie Montingh Duff, and sister: Billie Diane Duff. He is survived by his devoted wife of thirty-five years: April Boden Duff of Hardin, daughter: Brandi Duff Goins and husband Bryan Wayne of Hull-Daisetta, son: Jason Duff and wife Katie Elizabeth of Hardin, brother: Terry Duff of Mississippi, sister: Brenda Brantley of Dayton, grandchildren; Amber Dawn Foster, Gerald Wayne Foster, Jr., Jazmine Faye Foster, Colton Lynn Duff, and Kennedy Grace Duff, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
