Jacob Steven “Steve” Burnes, 65, of Shepherd, Texas passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018. He was born on Monday, July 20, 1953, in San Diego, California, to Vernon Burnes and Eva (Adame) Ramirez. Jacob was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Burnes; grandson, Jordan Hebert. Left to cherish his memory is his loving mother Eva (Adame) Ramirez; sons,Jacob Burnes, Jr., Donald Burnes, Scott Peterman; daughters, Tiffany Avara, Susan Jasper, Sammantha Foster; brothers, Charlie Burnes, Pete Burnes; 12 grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
