Seagraves named Cleveland ISD Teacher of the Week

Don Seagraves, a science teacher for Cleveland ISD at Douglass Learning Academy, was picked as this week’s Teacher of the Week.

Seagraves is in his fourth year of teaching at Douglass. He obtained his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Oklahoma.

The Cleveland ISD Teacher of the Week award is sponsored by KORG-LP 95.3 and Jeff McClain, Anderson Ford, Quick Lane Tire and Auto, El Burrito and the Chef’s House.

Before creating Bluebonnet News in 2018, Vanesa Brashier was a community editor for the Houston Chronicle/Houston Community Newspapers.
