Juana Lara

Juana Lara, age 86, of Splendora, Texas, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2018. She was born December 16, 1931 in Pueblo Viejo, Veracruz, Mexico, to parents Antonio Lara and Sabina Garcia who preceded her in death along with her husband, Jose Sabas Galvan; son, Epifanio Galvan; and brothers, Ramon Lara, Evaristo Lara, Concepcion Lara, and Juan Lara.

Survivors include her daughters, Leticia Lara, Eufrocina Llanas, Marcelina Galvan, and María Magdalena Galvan; son, Eliseo Galvan, Primitivo Galvan, and Leopoldo Galvan; numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbears are Leopoldo Galvan, Jr., Eliseo Galvan, Jr., Carlos Galvan, Pedro Cruz, Luis Cruz, Eisabel Llanas, Jorge Cruz, and Eduardo Cardona.

Visitation and Rosary will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday, November 19, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Mass will be at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Cleveland Memorial Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
