Luis Montes of Liberty, Texas died Thursday, November 22, 2018 at home. He was born May 25, 1944 in Zartecas, Mexico to parents, Jose Montes Rojas and Emiteria Gallegos.

A mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7250 Harrisburg Blvd, Houston, TX 7701. Visitation for the Luis will be 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 30, 2018 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas. Interment will be Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Liberty Catholic Cemetery in Liberty, Texas.
