Mattie Travis, 74, of Coldspring, Texas passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. She was born on Saturday, August 19, 1944 in Coldspring, Texas to Thomas Clark and Lemire Harrison Clark, both of whom have preceded her in death. Mattie was also preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Travis, II, brothers, Thomas Clark, Jr., Ed Clark, Sr., Joe D. Clark, Sr. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Tommie Travis, Jr, and wife Keyona; sisters, Dorthy Bradford and husband Joe, Betty Johnson; grandchildren, Tommie Travis, IV, and wife Daija, Deshawn Travis, Marcus Travis, Thomas Travis, and great grandchild, Amar-e; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Mattie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on December 22, 2018 from 10 AM to 11 AM. Funeral Services will follow at 11 AM. Interment for Mattie will immediately follow at Rose Hill in Camilla, TX.
