James Herbert Green, Sr. age 91 of Katy, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019. He was born July 7, 1927 in Harrisonburg, Louisiana to parents Perry Ebb and Mary Green who preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Edith N. Green; son, Perry Green and wife Sirley; daughter, Judy Bass; grandchildren, Robert Bellah and wife Cathy, Michael Green, Troy Green, and Brent Green; great-grandchildren, Jessica Bellah, Nicholas Bellah, Violet Green, and Rose Green; numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 25, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
