Brian Simpson, a math teacher at Douglass Learning Academy, was the Cleveland ISD Teacher of the Week for the week ending Feb. 15, 2019. In the following week ending Feb. 22, Elizabeth Hernandez earned the top honor for her work as a first-grade ELAR/SS bilingual teacher on the Southside Primary campus.
The Cleveland ISD Teacher of the Week award is sponsored by KORG-LP 95.3 Radio, Anderson Ford, Quick Lane Tire and Auto and El Burrito.
