David George Bautsch Jr. age 76, passed away, Friday March 15, 2019 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Beaumont. David was born December 17, 1942 in Beaumont, Texas the son of the late David George Bautsch Sr. and Rhola Lea Canter Bautsch. David was active and always worked and then worked some more. He enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. He had a passion for woodworking making toy boxes, rocking chairs, and doll houses. David retired as a firefighter and EMT for the City of Liberty. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister, and his Grandmother Rhola Canter. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of fifty-five years Wanese Bautsch of Liberty, sons Kent Bautsch (Christine) of Daisetta and Steve Bautsch (Christi) of Devers. He also leaves his grandchildren: Brittany (Justin); Katlyn; Jacquelyn; Savannah; Alayna; and Riley. His adopted grandchildren: Elizabeth; Alexis; Carlie; and Alex, as well as his great-grandchildren: Michael; Winry; John; Jace; and Ethan. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation for David will be held Sunday March 17, 2019 from 6-8PM at Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Liberty, Texas. Funeral Services to be held 10AM Monday March 18, 2019 at the Funeral home with burial to follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
