Ruth Polkinghorn

Ruth Polkinghorn, age 82, of Humble, Texas, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019. She was born August 30, 1936 in Houston, Texas to parents Fred Kimball and Finia May Graham Kimball who preceded her in death along with her husband, Bill Polkinghorn, Sr.

Survivors include her daughter, Lynnette Sharp; son, Bill Polkinghorn, Jr. and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Keith Williams, Tara Dean and husband Jason, Jacquelyn Knobloch and husband Jason, Sam Polkinghorn and wife Melody, Adam Polkinghorn and wife Nera, Amy Davis and husband Michael, Emily Funes and husband Stephen, David Polkinghorn, Steven Polkinghorn, James Polkinghorn, John Polkinghorn, and Mary Polkinghorn; great-grandchildren, Kellie Williams, Ayden Dean, Brynnlee Dean, Evan Knobloch, Elaina Knobloch, Eli Knobloch, Tiana Polkinghorn, Arianna Polkinghorn, Te’a Polkinghorn, Mila Polkinghorn, Marissa Davis, Maelynn Davis, Melody Davis, Judah Funes, and Bonnie Funes; sister, Susan Gerlene Glazener; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 22, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will follow starting at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 22, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
