Liberty County Jail arrest report, May 8, 2019

The following people were booked in at the Liberty County jail on May 8, 2019:

  • Allen, Joseph – Theft of Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon (two counts)
  • Burns, Christopher Keith – Criminal Mischief, Violate Protective Order, Terroristic Threat Causing Fear of Imminent Bodily Injury and Bond Forfeiture-Driving While License Invalid with previous conviction
  • Capps, William Russell – Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Prohibited Weapon-Firearm with Silencer and Possession of Marijuana
  • Citizen, Keith Jerome – Probation Violation-Assault
  • Colmenero, Jose A. – No Driver’s License
  • Cooper, Matthew Lee – Amended Order
  • Dryer, Stephen Michael – Public Intoxication
  • Kimbro, Gary Wendell – Assault Causing Bodily Injury
  • Padar, Louis Riley – Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance
  • Rodriguez, Tomas – Disorderly Conduct
  • Shirley, Andrew Shane – Expired Driver’s License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle
  • Spinks, Noal Douglas – Probation Violation – Driving While Intoxicated, second
  • Williams, Christopher Dunte – Possession of Controlled Substance
