Trinity River bridge down to one lane at FM 787

Sheet piling that was installed years ago at the Trinity River bridge on FM 787 near Dolen has fallen away from the riverbank due to erosion.

Traffic along the Trinity River Bridge at FM 787 is now down to one lane due to erosion to the eastern approach of the bridge.

Temporary traffic signals have been installed on each side of the bridge to allow for two-way traffic.

A project to stabilize the embankment along the river is being developed.
