Avalon Lee Lowe

Avalon Lee Lowe, 75, of Rye, Texas passed away on June 16, 2019, at her residence in Rye. She was born February 14, 1944, in South Gate, CA to Elmer and Helen Mitchum.

She is preceded in death by husband Joe Lowe, brother Robert Hibbard, and her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are; her son and daughter in the Gospel Pastors Charles and Lisa Peden of Rye. 2 nephews, and 2 nieces. 4 great nephews, and 4 great nieces. Brothers, Elvia Ray Hibbard, Edward Hibbard, Hoyet Hibbard. Sisters, Martha Ann Hibbard, Jeannie Branch, Audrey Pearl Knox., and a host of loving family and church friends.

A service of remembrance will be held Thursday, June 20, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. at Solid Rock Full Gospel Church in Votaw, with Pastor Charles Peden and Assistant Pastor Ruby Buffington officiating. Interment will follow at Solid Rock Full Gospel Church Cemetery in Votaw. A gathering of family and friends will be on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, beginning at 5:00 P.M.at Solid Rock Full Gospel Church of Votaw.
