Janis Ann Wallace Stimits

Janis Ann Wallace Stimits, 70, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 in Pasadena, Texas. Janis was born April 8, 1949 in Dayton, Texas to parents, Henry Wallace and Audrey Tharp Wallace.

Janis was a life long resident of Dayton where she attended Dayton schools. She was a member of the 1967 class of Dayton High School. Janis was a nurse by profession and was a long time employee of Heritage Manor as well as other health care facilities. She was a fun loving friend to many and always had a good joke for them. She enjoyed reading, playing bingo, watching the Astros and keeping up with her friends on Facebook. She loved her family and will be missed by all that knew her.

Janis was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Marty Nicar and wife Susan; brothers, Reed Wallace and wife Donna, Donald Wallace, and Joe Wallace; also numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
