Liberty Police Department is working a death investigation after a body was reportedly discovered in the city park Thursday afternoon.
According to Lt. Chip Fairchild, spokesperson for Liberty Police Department, the person’s death, at this point in the investigation, appears to have been self-inflicted.
Because of the nature of the incident, Bluebonnet News will not be reporting on the death further unless the investigation determines that it was not self-inflicted.
