Kristen Louise Skorcz

Kristen Louise Skorcz, 38, of Katy, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 21, 2019, in Cypress, Texas. She was born on May 18, 1981, in Baytown, Texas to William Paul Skorcz and Patricia Dian Bean Clark. Kristen graduated from Anahuac High School in 1999 and attended college in Memphis, Tennessee, later she also attended The Art Institute.

Kristen had an artistic talent and was very passionate about art. She worked for the past three years as the office manager for The Rustic Brush in Cypress. Kristen was creative and used her love of art in drawing, painting and photography. She was an extremely hard worker and always offered to help others when needed.

Kristen was a funny, kind and caring woman. She was a nurturer who made friends easily, never met a stranger, fun to be around, a great listener and always gave the best hugs. Kristen enjoyed spending time with her family and enjoyed doing what her kids liked doing. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kristen was preceded in death by her grandmothers Wanda Cox and Betty Skorcz. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory, her husband Roger Robbins; her children Dustyn, Madison, and Riley; her parents Patty Clark and husband Daniel and Billy Skorcz and wife Tammy; her brother Michael Skorcz and wife Stacey; her grandfathers Irvin Cox and Chuck Skorcz; her mother and father-in-law Larry and Debbie Robbins; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning at 10 am on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, in the chapel of Sterling Funeral Home, 1201 S. Main Street in Anahuac. A celebration of Kristen’s life will begin at 11 am at the funeral home. A graveside service and committal will immediately follow in Anahuac Cemetery.
