City of Liberty beginning storm-related debris removal Wednesday

The City of Liberty’s debris removal contractor, DRC Emergency Services, will begin debris removal operations on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019. Residents are requested to have all storm related debris near the edge of the street as soon as possible.

The contractor is not authorized to enter private property to remove debris or to pick up debris at commercial properties.

It is anticipated the contractor will complete the first debris removal pass through the City by Oct. 25,2019. A second pass will be made by the contractor to pick up storm related debris at isolated locations.

Please contact the City at 936-336-3684 if the storm-related debris at your residence is not picked up prior to Oct. 25, 2019.
