Richard “Jeff” Jeffrey Countiss

Richard “Jeff” Jeffrey Countiss, age 56 of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Friday, October 11, 2019. He was born July 2, 1963 in Washington D.C. to parents Richard and Karen Countiss.

Jeff was a retired Police Officer. He enjoyed retirement at the lake.

Survivors include his parents; sons, Brant Countiss and Brandon Countiss; brother, Mike Countiss and wife Amber; sister, Julie Countiss and husband Stan Beard; nephews, Will Countiss and Richard “Sam” Samuel Wells; nieces, Avery Countiss, Grace Wells and Daley Beard; dog, Spike; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Coldspring United Methodist Church.
