A Liberty County grand jury indicted the following people during the month of September 2019:

  • Hudson, Justine Ann – Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon
  • Breaux, Larry – Sexual Assault of a Child
  • Breaux, Larry – Sexual Assault of a Child
  • Pullin, Krista Rene – Evading Arrest or Detention With a Vehicle
  • Pullin, Krista Rene – Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence With Intent To Impair
  • Alford, Mary Deann – Forgery of a Financial Instrument
  • Rayburn, Emilee Nichole – Driving While Intoxicated With Child Under the Age of 15
  • Hammons, Tayler Day – Driving While Intoxicated, third or more
  • Davis, Calvin Ray Jr. – Possession of a Controlled Substance
