Bennie Lee Porter

Bennie Lee Porter, age 76 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, October 25, 2019. She was born April 7, 1943 in Jacksonville, Texas to parents Tommy and Bennie Ruth Hamilton who preceded her in death along with her husband, Bill Duty; grandson, Seth Carleton; and brothers, James, Paul and Roy Hamilton.

Mrs. Porter enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Some of her interests included plants, gardening and collecting angels.

Survivors include her sons, Jimmy Porter and wife Kim, Jason Porter and wife Crystal; sisters, Doris Barfield and Connie Haynes; grandchildren, Cheyanne, Ricky, Ashley, Austin, Murray, Colin, Shayne, Dustin, Allison and Amanda; great-grandchildren, Elijah, Maggie, Josie and Braxton; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
