Joseph Taylor Griffin

Joseph Taylor Griffin, age 37 of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 in Houston, Texas. He was born January 27, 1982 in Humble, Texas to parents Rodger and Virginia Griffin. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Calvin and Eva Griffin, Bobby and Lois Hamaker; and nephew, Randy “Bubba” Griffin.

He is survived by his wife, Brandi Griffin; parents, Rodger and Virginia Griffin; daughters, Taylor, Chloe, and Allison; son, Joseph “Wyatt” Griffin; sister, Jenna Walker; brothers, Robert, Randy and Rodger Griffin, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, Coldspring, Texas officiated by Brother Jonathan Fitzgerald at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2019. Interment will follow at Farley Chapel Cemetery, Shepherd, Texas. Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Griffin, Robert Griffin, Randy O’Neill, Caleb Griffin, Michael Tarver, and Ryan Tarver. Honorary pallbearers will be Rodger Griffin and Wyatt Griffin.
