Jessie Louise Cooper

Jessie Louise Cooper was born September 26, 1942 in Texarkana, Arkansas and passed away December 3, 2019 in Cleveland, Texas at the age of 77. Jessie spent a lifetime loving people and she never met a stranger. In her younger years she was a bus driver for special needs kids getting them to school. She loved playing pool and was involved in several leagues. Jessie was preceded in death by her parents, Alvis and Cornelia Russom; sisters, Betty Goyen and Velma Williams; nephew, Roy Helmer; and niece, Mary Jean Burroughs. She is survived by her children, Bryant Wren, Billy Wren and wife Linda, Cindy Black and hsband Monty, and Richard Wren; brothers, A.L. Russom Jr. and wife Brenda, and Charlie Russom and wife Shirley; sister Mary Helmer; grandchildren, Kristi Dowell, Amanda Dillon, Susan Black, Jennifer Black, Anthony Wren, Andrew Wren, Sara Decker, R.J. Wren, Jessica Abbott, and Taylor Wren; great grandchildren, Emma, Drew, Brendan, Eli, Cody, Naomi, Isaac, Emilia, Makedda, Maniyah, Avery, and Kynzington; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Sunday, December 8, 2019 in the Neal Funeral Home Chapel at 2pm.
