Allen Lee Sorenson

Allen Lee Sorenson was born December 19, 1961 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Monte and Karon Haneline Sorenson. He passed away February 2, 2024 in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 62. Allen loved life and adventure.

He was a truckdriver for a period of years but was most known as an Executive Chef. Allen loved classic cars and classic Campers. But most of all Allen loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews because they were like the children he never had. Allen will be greatly missed by his family and everyone that knew and loved him. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Monte and Karon Sorenson; brothers, Monte Sorenson and John Sorenson; nephew, Wesley Sorenson. Allen is survived by his Brothers, Rodney Sorenson, Timothy Sorenson, Jackie Sorenson, and Shane Sorenson; sister, Christie Sorenson; step-brother, Jamie Martin; step-sister, Melissa Lee; nephews, Rodney Jr, Zac, Bailey, and Jackson; nieces, DeLila, Lacretia, Karon, Lexi, Natalie, and Sylvia; great-nephews, Kairi, Kaleb, Dominic, Chanson, Little Jackson, Kashton, and Cohen; great-nieces, Emika, Riiya, Em, Zoe, Lisa Ann Marie, Kaylee, Mariah, Aeris, and Lainey. 

A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2024 in the Pace-Stancil Chapel in Coldspring, Texas, at 11am.
