Cleveland PD nabs wanted fugitives

Cleveland police officers have arrested three persons wanted on outstanding warrants over the last few days. Those arrested are:

  • Lowrey Daniel Lucas, age 60, of Shepherd, Texas, was arrested for a parole violation/blue warrant issued by the State Board of Pardons and Paroles on Feb. 3.
  • Brittany Renee Ryan, age 28, of Splendora, Texas, was arrested on an outstanding capias warrant from Liberty County on Feb. 3. The original charge was Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • On Feb. 5, John Lee Harrison, 60, of Cleveland, was arrested for a parole violation/blue warrant issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.

All subjects were taken to the Cleveland PD jail for booking and then later transported to the Liberty County Jail.
