- Underwood, Lisa – Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence With Intent to Impair (two counts) and, Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance (two counts)
- Blythe, James David – Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport, and Failure to Identify Fugitive/Give False Information
- Rodriguez, Raul Jr. – Possession of a Controlled Substance and Hold for Harris County (two counts)
