Ronney Light Otto

Ronney Light Otto entered the gates of Heaven on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the age of 77. He was born on January 25, 1947, in LaGrange, Texas, to Marvin Otto and Mildred Light Otto. Ronney had a passion for gardening and his beloved chickens. In his free time, Ronney enjoyed fishing off the Gulf Coast, attending rodeos, and watching his favorite shows on Animal Planet.

Ronney is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Judy and second wife Linda. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving children, Tracey Calvert and husband Lee, YaLanda Laughlin and husband Allen, and YaVonne Ramber and husband J.W.; sister, Bonnie Friedrich; beloved grandchildren, Haylee, Chase, Alexis, Allie, Blaine, Faith, Will, Tristan, Angel, Kimberly, and Morgan; eight great- grandchildren; and a host of loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held for Ronney on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the HD kitchen in La Grange, Texas, at 1:30 PM. A reception will follow.
