A 13-year-old boy, Ivan Cleto, will killed Saturday afternoon when the UTV on which he was riding rolled over, pinning him underneath the vehicle, authorities say.
According to Capt. David Meyers, a spokesperson for the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, Cleto was a passenger on a UTV, frequently referred to as a side-by-side.
The vehicle was being driven by a 16-year-old male and carried four passengers when the driver lost control, flipping the vehicle.
The tragic accident occurred off of FM 1410 at CR 190 in the Devers area.
An autopsy was performed on the child’s body on Monday.
“His family is planning a funeral, but no confirmation on when or where the funeral will be,” Meyers added.
Meyers also was uncertain if the child attended a local school or was a local resident.

He was one of the first ever people I met a cook middle school he was a great friend.He was so nice and a fun person to hang out with although we didn’t talk that much anymore you will always be a friend to me in my heart. LONG LIVE IVAN🕊️
