Dora M. Verduzco

Dora M. Verduzco, 87, of Deer Park, Texas, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 25, 2024, in Pasadena, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 8, 1937, in Laredo, Texas, to the late Delfino and Maria Leal Perez. Dora’s life was a testament to her unwavering dedication to her family and community, a loss deeply felt by all.

A Devoted Godly Woman, Dora’s nurturing spirit and wonderful sense of humor brought joy to all who knew her. She loved cooking and dancing and cherished the time spent with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.  Her joyful personality and love for joking around made her a beloved figure, leaving behind a legacy of fond memories.

Dora was preceded in death by her parents, Delfino and Maria Leal Perez; and her children, Amador Bolin and Blanca Estella Leal. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth, cherished by her surviving family members, her children, Janie Ayala and husband Andres, Fermin Leal and companion Lisa Craine, Sammy Bolin and wife Adriana, and Mary Pavlicek and husband Randall. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; numerous brothers and sisters; Luz Garcia, Alicia Perez, Lila Perez, Emma Ibarra & Jose Francisco Perez and many other loving relatives and friends.

Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning at 10 AM on Saturday, June 1, 2024, in the chapel of Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Street, in Liberty, Texas. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home, with Apostle Harper officiating. A graveside service and committal will immediately follow in Cooke Memorial Cemetery in Liberty.
