Justin Lopez, 34, of Liberty, a local businessman and owner of J Lopez Roofing, has been charged with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl. The case was investigated by the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office.
According to Capt. David Meyers, a spokesperson for LCSO, the investigation began after the victim alleged that Lopez had assaulted her.
Following the investigation, which involved gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses, the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office presented their findings to the Liberty County District Attorney’s Office. Last week, the case was presented to a Liberty County grand jury, which decided to indict Lopez based on the evidence provided.
On Monday, Aug. 12, Lopez voluntarily surrendered to authorities.
He is currently being held without bond in the Liberty County Jail, awaiting further legal proceedings.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to report any information related to this case or others to investigators by calling 936-336-4500.
He may be guilty or may not be. But the so called justice system has already convicted him in many minds. His life is ruined by what a fifteen year old girl said. But now the vultures are happy pulling in the money.

No, not the 15yr old. Justin’s sister made false allegations against a coach back in high school. Proven false. And now the family is on social media freaking out.
