The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, in collaboration with the Houston Police Department, executed a significant drug bust targeting the distribution of crystal methamphetamine in the Plum Grove (Colony Ridge) area on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024. The joint investigation reportedly resulted in the coordinated purchase of approximately 24 kilos of crystal methamphetamine from two suspects: 27-year-old Misael Alejandro Tenorio Jaramillo and 23-year-old Cesar Garcia-Patino, both residents of Liberty County, Texas.
The operation reached a critical point when Liberty County Criminal Interdiction Units initiated the takedown of the suspects at the intersection of Community Drive and Road 5260 near the mailboxes. During the approach, Cesar Patino allegedly attempted to escape the scene in a black Cadillac Escalade, ramming his vehicle into one of the Interdiction Units. The collision caused Patino’s vehicle to veer off into a ditch, disabling it. Patino reportedly then threw a Glock handgun from the vehicle before being apprehended by deputies.
According to the sheriff’s office, at the same time Misael Jaramillo tried to flee in a white GMC 1500 pickup but was eventually stopped and taken into custody at the “Let’s Go” Fuel Station located at Community Drive and County Road 5100.
Following the arrests, investigators proceeded to Jaramillo’s residence on Road 5263B, where they encountered his live-in girlfriend, 19-year-old Martha Julissa Martinez. A search of the property reportedly led to the discovery of an additional 14.7 pounds of crystal methamphetamine, which Martinez allegedly had attempted to discard over a wooden fence, along with multiple weapons. Inside the residence, investigators reportedly found approximately 19 grams of suspected cocaine.
By the conclusion of the investigation, law enforcement had seized a total of approximately 39 kilos (86 pounds) of crystal methamphetamine.
As a result, Jaramillo has been charged with manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance (methamphetamine) in an amount over 400 grams, a first-degree felony; manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance (cocaine) in an amount between 4 and 200 grams, also a first-degree felony; and evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
Patino faces charges of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance (methamphetamine) in an amount over 400 grams, a first-degree felony; evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and aggravated assault on a public servant, another first-degree felony.
Martinez is charged with manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance (methamphetamine) in an amount over 400 grams, a first-degree felony; manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance (cocaine) in an amount between 4 and 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony.
The Liberty County Narcotics Unit, through the Liberty County District Attorney’s Office, will also pursue the seizure of Jaramillo’s GMC 1500 pickup and his residence, which reportedly was being used as a conversion lab for crystal methamphetamine.

The Colony Ridge area attracts the lowest of the low scum who can’t get traditional financing either because they are illegal, or because they have made poor life decisions. In other words, a dense population of criminals and retards.
The murders, drugs, environmental crimes and sexual assault of children occur at a highly disproportionate rate there as opposed to other areas.
Theses wetbacks can’t be compared to traditional immigrants, as they don’t bring anything of value to a civilized society- no innovation, no integrity, no respect for the country or it’s values. They have a propensity to scam the welfare system, and are happy with their useless existence, which is a come up from their straw and donkey shit huts back home.

What caused it is having to live by them. Vehicle break ins, trash everywhere, ghetto music and noise all night with no respect for neighbors, and of course drugs. Sarah this is the norm basically in Colony Ridge subdivisions though… it happens on a disturbingly frequent basis. Though it’s the murders and dead bodies they keep having out there that is most concerning! And that, is another huge problem… the Plum Grove area never had any murders (to my knowledge, ever) before Colony Ridge discovered cheap timberlands covered with wetlands out here they could “develop”… now there is an annual murder rate! At the same time Colony Ridge was taking State Legislators on a cherry-picked tour of Colony Ridge’s subdivisions last year, there was an attempted murder and kidnapping going on in the Monte Bello subdivision but THAT wasn’t on the tour obviously! There are so many problems with Colony Ridge’s communities, I have enough to write a blasted book here! And John and Trey Harris could never have brought this wonder law-abiding community to Liberty County without the help and support of Jay Knight and his Commissioners (the good old white boys club in Liberty) and Gregg Abbott and Ernest Bailes to name just a few! smh!

Food for thought: The Dominican Republic is a near paradise, on their side of that island… the Hattian side of that island though is absolutely the opposite though. They’re basically all the same people, but what they’ve done with their sides of that island are drastically different and the result is 1 side of the island is in extreme poverty and filth and crime while the other side is a tourist vacation destination! In short, my point is that all people are not the same, culture I would guess plays a huge role in how desirable it is to have 1 group of people moving in next to your home vs a different group of people moving in next to your home! Colony Ridge, has been a total nightmare to the people of Plum Grove! The developer has used this little city up to the hilt, destroying the city’s infrastructure and ruining the city neighborhoods in order to enrich themselves. Larry Baker from Plum Grove has been missing since 2010, Rodney Stokely missing since 2008,…although it has not been proven to be murder, they all disappeared under shady circumstances…on Plum Grove Rd.
I know the crime has increased dramatically with the Colony Ridge development, however Plum Grove is not without a LOT of missing people prior to that development in 2011.
