CASA of Liberty and Chambers Counties has been selected as a beneficiary for Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s 16th annual Charity Day, taking place on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024. This day is especially significant as Tidal Wave Auto Spa will donate 100 percent of their wash proceeds from all locations to various local charities, including CASA.
At the Liberty location, 3109 N Main St., half of all proceeds raised during the event will directly support CASA’s mission to advocate for abused and neglected children in the court system.
CASA is dedicated to empowering and training community volunteers to make a meaningful difference in these children’s lives, ensuring their future success as responsible adults. The remaining 50 percent of proceeds will benefit Annandale Village, a non-profit organization that supports adults with developmental disabilities, continuing Tidal Wave’s longstanding partnership with the organization.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s Charity Day has a distinguished record of philanthropy, earning the company a gold Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award for Best Initiative for Philanthropy and Corporate Giving in 2023. Over the past 15 years, the event has raised more than $1.36 million for various causes, with $360,000 contributed in 2023 alone. This year’s event, involving 269 locations and over 250 charity partners nationwide, is expected to be the largest yet.
