Well let’s see if the notorious Devin Ballou will get another low/no bond from 253rd or just maybe he will get to see some real time in TDC for his repeat offenses of terrorizing and stealing from the hard working, tax paying citizens of Liberty County. Liberty County tally- 4 misdemeanor’s and this makes felony number 6, why don’t we have a 3 strikes you’re out in Liberty County?

  2. Yes, Devin Ballou is a menace who will continually create victims in society. Judges do your job and quit protecting criminals!!
