Kenneth J. Allison, 73, (Major US Army Ret) died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, in St. Augustine, Fla. He was born July 27, 1951, in Liberty, Texas.
A graduate of Liberty High School and Texas A&M University, Kenneth served in the US Army for twenty years until his retirement in 1989.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Florence Allison, two sisters, Margaret Williams and Magdalen Hawkins; two brothers, Dennis Allison and David Allison.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Allison of St. Augustine, Fla.; two daughters, Becky Allison of Ashburn, Va., and Jenni Borden (Garrett) of Charlotte, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Kimberly Hermanson of Gainesville, Va., and Carole Gray of Ashburn, Va.; stepson Kevin Mahoney of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Allison of Liberty, Texas; sisters, Liz Allen (J.H) of College Station, Texas, Nancy Scull (Walter) of LaVernia, Texas, Ruth Ann Person (Stephen) of Conroe, Texas; a brother, Tim Allison (Pat) of Liberty, Texas; nine grandchildren, cousins, and many friends.
Memorial Services will be arranged in St. Augustine at a later date.
