Michael Ray Foxworth Jr. passed away on Nov. 14, 2024, at the age of 54. He was born on Dec. 15, 1969.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Krista Foxworth, and his beloved grandson, Max. He also leaves behind his father, Michael Foxworth Sr., as well as his sisters, Melissa Foxworth, Rachel Sutherland and her husband Jo, Angel Foxworth, Diana Deville and her husband Carl, Monica McCormick, and Shannon McCormick. His brothers, Jaron Foxworth, David McCormick (wife Stacy), and Dominick Foxworth, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, also mourn his passing.
Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Evelyn (Diane) McCormick, and his stepfather, James McCormick.
From a young age, Michael discovered a love for playing the drums, a passion that shaped much of his life as a dedicated drummer. Beyond his music, he had a deep interest in astronomy, often marveling at the wonders of the universe.
A graveside service will be held in Michael’s honor on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Lower Cherino Cemetery in Cherino, Texas.
