Michael Lane Campbell was born in Cleveland, Texas, on June 13, 1954, to parents, Charles Eugene Campbell and Margie Curry Campbell.
He passed away Dec. 5, 2024, in Cleveland, Texas, at the age of 70 years. He was, with the exception of a few years, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, Texas.
He worked in the family business at Campbell Concrete. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Eugene and Margie Campbell; son, Joseph Campbell; sister, Laurie Campbell. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Genessia Campbell; sons, Mike Campbell and wife Jennifer Elizabeth, Charlie Campbell and wife Jimmie Dale; sisters, Terry Baker and husband Bob, and Susan Johnson; grandchildren, Cheyenne Jewel Campbell, Adilynn Campbell, Khloee Smith, Taylor Staples, and Lily Lane Campbell; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with Pastor Eddie Sunday officiating. Burial will follow in the Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his honor to Toys For Tots.
