David Glynn Nethery, a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on Feb. 4, 2025, at the age of 56. David was born to parents James Robert Nethery and Amy Patricia Robertson Nethery on Aug. 5, 1968, in Houston, Texas.
David is preceded in death by his parents, James and Amy Nethery; brother-in-law, Carlos Diaz.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Raquel Diaz Cordova Nethery; son, Robert Nethery; daughter, Kimberly Nethery; brothers, Bubba Nethery, John Nethery; sisters, Brenda Bell, Becky Moore, Sherrie Karm, Kathy Smith; father-in-law, Eduardo Diaz; mother-in-law, Marina Cordova; brothers-in-law, Fernando Diaz, Ricardo Diaz; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A visitation for David will be held at the Pace-Stancil Chapel in Cleveland, Texas on Sunday, Feb. 9, from 12 to 2 p.m. David’s funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9, in the Pace-Stancil Chapel in Cleveland, Texas. Following the service, friends and family are welcome to join family at 501 County Road 2195, Cleveland, Texas, 77327, for food and fellowship.
