Ruby Jean Kelley-Anderson was born Jan. 26, 1931, in Cleveland, Texas to parents, Thomas Aallan DuBose and Ruby Gabriel Carson DuBose. She passed away Feb. 6, 2025, in Cleveland, Texas, at the age of 94 years.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Ruby DuBose; husbands, Carson Kelley and Lewey Anderson; brothers, Paul DuBose, Hilliard DuBose, Allen DuBose; sisters, Iris Allen, Doris Anderson, Dee Stout; grandsons, Kris Cheatham and Jared Snell.
Ruby is survived by her beloved children, Robert Kelley and wife Kathy, Charles Kelley and wife Patricia, Kathy Cheatham, Rhonda Taylor, Leah Snell and husband Danny; brother, Jimmy Fred DuBose and wife Waynett; 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 8 great great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Service is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. with Pastor Justin Herron officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Shade Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be, Bobby Kelley, DeWayne Cheatham, Charles Kelley Jr, Matthew Kelley, Kyle Taylor, Derek Snell, and Kevin Taylor.
