The following people were booked in at the Liberty County Jail on Feb. 12, 2025:
- Rollins, Zackery Tray Jr. – Reckless Driving
- Burch, Daniel Ray – Possession of Marijuana
- Odom, Keith Mitchell II – Arson Intending Damage at a Habitation or Place of Worship
- Sandoval Lopez, Cruz – Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Arzate, Adan – No Seat Belt and Hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Lopez Zuniga, Gerson – No Driver’s License and Hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- Hernandez, Francisco – Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading Arrest or Detention With a Vehicle
Legitimate question…why all of a sudden do we now see “hold for immigration and customs enforcement”? Is it possible that our elected officials (who work for the tax paying residents) of Liberty county are afraid Trump/Holman may pay a visit for not doing what they should have already been doing?
My guess is they weren’t being held previously because federal authorities wouldn’t accept them under the Shit Pants Biden regime, so it was a waste of local manpower. There have been multiple instances in the last four years here locally where vanloads of confirmed illegals were detained by law enforcement, only to have the federal authorities order them released onto our streets. Now that daddy Trump and Homan are kicking ass and enforcing immigration law- it’s not such a lost cause.
