Dayton High School continues to expand its participation in Business Professionals of America (BPA), with an impressive number of students qualifying for the state competition this year. Under the leadership of Ms. Robin Chavez and Mr. Chris Rayburn, 42 students competed at the state BPA conference this past weekend.
Of those participants, five students advanced to the National BPA Competition, which will be held in Orlando, Florida, in May. Among them, DHS student Jimmy Rivera will not only compete at Nationals but also attend as a BPA state officer, serving in the role of parliamentarian.
