A new dining experience is on the horizon for Cleveland as The Grand Bistro & Bar prepares to open its doors at the Grand Oaks Golf Course Clubhouse. This highly anticipated restaurant is the latest venture from brothers Chris and Jack Stoneberger, the successful restaurateurs behind the beloved Ranch Hand Restaurant in Tarkington.
For years, the Stoneberger brothers have been known for their commitment to quality food and warm hospitality, and they are now bringing that same passion to Cleveland with an exciting new dining concept. The Grand Bistro & Bar will feature a diverse menu that blends classic favorites with upscale options, aiming to introduce a fresh take on dining in the area.
“We’re excited to bring another great dining opportunity to the community,” the brothers shared. “We’ve worked hard to create a menu that offers something for everyone—from the comfort of a great burger to a refined selection of seafood, pasta, and handcrafted sandwiches made with artisan breads and croissants.”

The menu will also feature daily specials and seasonal offerings, which will rotate several times a year to keep flavors fresh and exciting. Fried food will be kept to a minimum, allowing for a focus on high-quality, carefully crafted dishes. Guests can look forward to a dedicated lunch menu, dinner menu, and bar menu, each tailored to provide a unique dining experience throughout the day.
Adding to the restaurant’s appeal is Cazden McIntyre, a Tarkington native who will serve as head chef. With extensive culinary experience, McIntyre is eager to bring his expertise to The Grand Bistro & Bar, curating a menu that highlights elevated flavors and fresh ingredients.
In addition to a thoughtfully crafted food selection, the restaurant will boast a wine and cocktail bar, providing guests with a relaxed and stylish space to unwind and enjoy handcrafted beverages.
The vibe of The Grand Bistro & Bar will be elegant and sophisticated, with an art deco-inspired design featuring dark walls and ceilings, creating an upscale yet inviting ambiance. Guests will have the option of dining indoors or outdoors, with additional seating available at the bar for those looking to enjoy a more casual experience.
For larger gatherings and private events, the restaurant will offer additional seating in the clubhouse’s ballroom, making it an ideal location for private parties and receptions. The event space will allow for catered gatherings, providing a stylish and convenient option for special occasions.
Beyond the indoor dining space, guests can also enjoy patio seating, where they can take in the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The outdoor seating area offers a serene setting to relax, enjoy a meal, and watch golfers as they make their way around the scenic Grand Oaks Golf Course.
Before its official grand opening, The Grand Bistro & Bar will host a couple of soft openings in April, giving guests an early taste of what is to come.
The hours of operation are still being determined by the Stoneberger brothers, but they say the tentative plans call for them to be open six days a week. Look for updates on Bluebonnet News as the opening date approaches.
