ACTUALLY, this arrest was a bond revokation. I was out on BOND for the charges listed. The bond was revoked because I was ordered to use a portable breathalizer, which they expect me to pay for each month. However, due to multiple resets for court, I lost my job & had no $ left in my account, so I could not afford it. I was in jail for a week, & released & still have to go back to court again on this. We’re scheduled to have a jury trial. This has been going on since September of last year when I fell asleep driving my car & crashed near my home after a year & a half of 7/12’s on the night shift at the pipemill in Liberty.
