Ralph Edward Jackson Sr.

Ralph Edward Jackson Sr. was born in Fort Meade, Florida on June 12, 1940, to parents, Tullie Edward Jackson and Mabel Adams Jackson. He passed away May 27, 2025, in Cleveland, Texas, at the age of 84 years.

Ralph spent many years turning wrenches as a diesel mechanic. If it had an engine, Ralph could bring it back to life—especially old tractors, which were both his challenge and his joy. When he wasn’t tinkering with machines, he enjoyed tending to his own garden.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and his brother. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Cecilia Jackson; son, Ralph Jackson Jr. and wife Deann; daughter, Sheri Thompson and husband Mike; grandchildren, Elizabeth Davidson and husband Kyler, Cody Jackson and wife Katy, Kyle Jackson and wife Emily, Jillian Morgan and husband William, and Emily Thompson; great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Jackson, Rhett Jackson, and two more on the way, Asher Morgan and Diana Davidson, eagerly anticipated later this year.

No services are scheduled at this time. All arrangements handled under the trusted care of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home.
