Anthony Ensign

Anthony Ensign, 40, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on May 7, 2025, surrounded by those who loved him deeply.

Born on Aug. 12, 1984, Anthony was a beloved husband, father, son, and brother. He is survived by his devoted wife of 14 years, Kaylin Wade, and their two cherished children, Brayden and Saylor. He also leaves behind his mother, Kathy Clark, and stepfather, Daryl Clark; his father, Jeff Johnson, and stepmother, Ericka Johnson.

Anthony is also survived by his sisters, Heather Johnson and Megan Clark; his brothers, William Ensign and Cole Clark; and his step-siblings, Shelby, Amanda, and Boston.

Anthony was known as a strong worker and a true jack of all trades. There was little he couldn’t fix, build, or figure out, and he took pride in doing things right. Whether he was working with his hands, helping a friend in need, or simply showing up when it mattered most, he did so with a quiet determination and generous heart.

He had a deep love for his family and a fierce loyalty to those he cared about. His legacy lives on in the strength he showed, the love he gave, and the countless lives he touched.

A celebration of Anthony’s life will be held at a later date in Hardin, Texas.
