- Smith, Odice James – Indecency With a Child/Sexual Contact and Sexual Abuse of a Child Continuous, Victim Under 14
- Watson, Jamarques – Possession of Marijuana
- Castaneda-Saenz, Jose – Public Intoxication
- Crocker, Douglas – Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance
- Martin, Kristen Marie – Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance
- Torres-Argueta, Erick – No Driverās License and Failure to Identify

How many more children must suffer at the hands of these two? Will the Liberty County (in) justice system fail them again?
Everyone needs to read the article from the chronicle!! This creep and his wife need to be put away for life!! In my opinion, that’s not even enough! Same goes for CPS, Judge, attorneys, involved in this case. Total neglect and abuse from all parties involved, most especially, our judicial system!!
